According to Ambridge Connection's sources the AAEA gave notice that if issues are not resolved at the December 12th meeting the 189 teachers in the union will go on strike on December 13th.

Ambridge School Board and Ambridge Area Education Association representatives met on Monday night for a negotiation meeting.
Teachers gathered outside highschool with signs in support of AAEA Union Reps during the negotiation meeting with the school board.
Ambridge Teachers have been working without a contract since January 2015.
