Ambridge defeated Mars 46 to 45 on Friday night. Roman Shell and Daylon Carter picked up two early fouls and Ambridge came out to a slow start. The Venue at Harmony Ridge will hold the sixth annual ZanaFest Music Youth Talent Search on Feb. 22.

The Harmonites, noted for their celibacy, may have refrained from sex, but that doesn't mean they refrained from romance. And apparently romance was common enough that 14th Street between Duss Avenue and Beaver Road became known as Lover's Lane. Congratulations to the Ambridge Boys Basketball team with a dominant victory over Uniontown in the first round of the WPIAL playoffs tonight.

There will be no cost commitment other than the cost of a Bible if someone does not have one.
