The three-hour event showcases local home brewers.
Attendees will receive samples of homemade craft beer from brewers before getting the chance to vote whose is the best.
Bryan Mikush, Ambridge Eagles trustee, shared “Everybody is into craft beer. These are local guys brewing their own craft beer.”
Mikush said he learned how to brew his own beer from his brother-in-law P.J. Furis and he will be one of the 13 contestants expected to participate in the fundraiser.
“With the craft beer rage that is going on it would seem to be a nice fundraiser,” Mikush said, adding “Get out there and support the band.”
Money raised will help offset the costs for members of the band, staff and chaperones that will be traveling to Hawaii for the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor.
