As many as 15 to 20 gunshots were fired overnight Tuesday in Economy Village.

Bullets struck a parked car and pickup nearby, smashing out the driver's side window of the pickup and the passenger side window of the car. Both vehicles had other body damage.
The owner of one vehicle, who did not want to be identified, said the shooting happened sometime around 2:30 a.m.
The resident has lived in his home for 10 years and according to him this is the first time Economy Village has had any gun-related incidents like this.
