Dream Big ArT Gala

Event details :

November 22, 2014 @ Harmony Ridge
Set up 4 to 6 pm
Artist reception 5 to 6 pm
Public 6 to 10 pm
Each artist will be given a pre-determined amount of space no less then 4ft by 4ft to display art or merchandise
Performing artist will have 30 mins on stage
Food and Drink will be available for purchase
Event is free to the public

Agreement

You will be at your section of exhibit from 6 pm to 10 pm
a min of 10 % of sales made will be donated to art organization
You will be set up by 5: 45 pm break down no sooner then 9: 45 pm
No holes to be place in wall to hang work
This is a our first event - we do not have a no show / no call policy. We ask that you make a commitment to be there and respectfully give us 48 hr notice to find a replacement

AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE
Submitting the entry form indicates that you agree with the conditions of entry and exhibit as outlined above, that you are reserving a spots and that you agree to make your work available and will ship/deliver it to the gallery should it be selected for exhibit. You will attend event and work your station with out altering the property
