 Suspended Ambridge police Chief James Mann appeared in court again Wednesday, accused of stealing from the department and obstruction of justice.
 Wednesday was an important day in American history – Juneteenth. The day commemorated the legal end to slavery in the United States and a museum in Philadelphia put on a special celebration.
