On Sunday , May 1 Just Jump the indoor inflatable bounce facility will do a soft opening for the Ambridge locals.
 Photo courtesy of Ambridge High School Ambridge High School senior Maddie Genre will take on the 11th Annual Mr. Ambridge Pageant as her senior project. The money raise will be donated to the Center for Hope in Ambridge.
Ten students will compete in for the title of 2016 Mr. Ambridge. Categories include swimwear, talent, and self expression . Did you vote today?

 The Ambridge Fire Department presented a Fire Safety and Prevention program to Boy Scout Troop Economy 414 Tuesday Evening.
Ambridge School Directors voted 6-2 to create a new administrative position in the district. Fourteen fire and ambulance companies, including Ambridge, Baden and Economy, will receive more than $170,000 in state grants, state Rep. Rob Matzie, D-Ambridge announced.
The Ambridge Area School Board has approved placing a school resource officer at Highland Elementary School for the remainder of the 2015-16 school year.
