Harmony Ridge to Rebuild After Fire

The owners of the Venue at Harmony Ridge golf club plan to rebuild after a devastating fire that started in front of the kitchen.

“We’re definitely going to rebuild. There’s no way we wouldn’t,” said Ricki Paul, who owns the golf course, banquet center and music venue, with her husband, Greg. “We love the property.”

Economy is preparing for paving season, and announced a list of roads the borough intends to work on.

Council voted Tuesday to authorize the borough engineer to prepare advertising and seek bids.

PennDOT plans work to improve Freedom Crider Road in neighboring New Sewickley Township starting Tuesday night, May 26.

Weather permitting, crews from A. Folino Construction, Inc. will begin improvements on Freedom Crider Road between Route 989 and Butler County.
