Ambridge police have arrested a man accused of separately attacking two men with a knife -- stabbing one -- and robbing two other victims at gunpoint.

The Ambridge Municipal Authority recently awarded $14.835 million in contracts for a sewer-line project in the borough, proceeding with plans to upgrade the deteriorating system despite some fears. Last month, business owners, residents, and public officials expressed concerns to the municipal board that the project could negatively impact historic buildings in the area of Old Economy. |
