The Amazon Seattle Headquarters has 33 buildings, takes up 8.1 million square feet which include 24 restaurants/ cafe and employees over 40,000 people.
The request for proposal encourages states, province, and other metro areas to coordinate with relevant jurisdictions to submit one (1) RFP and can contain multiple real estate sites.
Deadline date is October 19 and will be announced in 2018.
