While some businesses are preparing to open in Ambridge, one has ended its run. Caffe 501 was opened originally by Kathleen Sabol in 2007. She sold it to a long-time friend Pilar Meyer in 2018. Before a coffee shop the site had been home to Sam's Shoe Service.
