Pash, an Air Force Vietnam War veteran, came to Ambridge joining Value Ambridge Properties in 1990, serving in the capacity as their director of operations. He quickly arose to the rank of general manager in 1995.
After eight years as general manager of the Ambridge Regional Distribution and Manufacturing Center--a site that was originally developed in 1913 by the Standard Seamless Tube Company that now includes 85 acres of level ground that makes available 1.2 million square feet of covered industrial, commercial and office space--Value Properties Inc. appointed Pash in May 2003 to his current position as president of Value Ambridge Properties Inc., with duties that include the complete control of the facility and reporting directly to their chairman at their New York corporate office.
In Pash’s 25 years at the Ambridge Regional Center, he has been an active supporter and promoter of the Ambridge community, serving on many local boards and initiatives including the Ambridge Area Revitalization Development Corporation, Ambridge Area High School Steering Committee, Allegheny Conference on Community Development, and the Ambridge Civil Service Oral Exam Panel.
Pash’s efforts to improve, modernize and sustain the 102-year-old industrial site into what is now a hub of regional commerce bringing many quality jobs to the area, supporting business growth and fills a need in the regional Pittsburgh markets; an effort that helps maintain Ambridge’s heritage of manufacturing quality products, made and distributed by a proud and hard-working workforce.
