Ambridge Do It Best is collecting funds for Rooks Cantina 505 owner Denise Romero and her husband, Marty Constanza, after their business was destroyed by fire early this month.
Patrons can leave a donation via cash or credit card at any of the cash registers in the store starting from July 19th to August 19th.
Ambridge Do It Best management said Denise and Marty inspired the town in the short two months their restaurant and lounge was open at 282 Fourth St.
Marty Constanza, the operations manager, said they invested a large amount of personal funds prior toward opening the business and are overwhelmed with paperwork and emotions.
All of Romero's employees will be eligible to file for unemployment in between time of finding a new job. However, Denise and Marty will not be able to do so and won't have any insurance benefits coming in at this time.
All funds raised will go directly to the couple.
