The Ambridge Farmers Market will open Thursday .
The market will run as scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. in the parking lot of St. Mary's Church.
The farmers market runs from 4-7 p.m. every Thursday through November.
On Thursday, May 11 , in preparation for Mother's Day there will be a hands-on activity for the little ones to plant a marigold to give to a loved one.
