This week ended the American Heart Association Heart Week with our annual Dodgeball Tournament. All week, students bought roses, t-shirts, and face-painting with 100% of the profits going to the AHA. We are thrilled to report the JH raised over $1800 for the AHA.
All of the teams played well and had a blast. The students held up once again this year and were able to defeat the teachers in the final game in Dodgeball.
Thank you to the Interact Club and Student Council for hosting the events as well as a thank you to all students, teachers who participated or helped out, and the high school JROTC for making this tournament so much fun!!
Congratulations to "The Dodgefathers" who played great today and won the tournament. MVP definitely goes out to Elliot Powell who helped his team advance by single-handedly catching a ball allowing his entire team to come back in for the win!! Can't wait until next year
