According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pratt was arrested late Saturday after police said he shot a 22-year-old man three times, wounding him in the back and shoulder. He was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment.
The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. in Linmar Terrace. After the shooting, the newspaper reports police found Pratt hiding in a nearby apartment, where police also found a small handgun that showed signs it was recently fired.
Pratt was arraigned on Sunday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 6.
