"Peter Pan" at Ambridge High School. The Ambridge Area High School production of “Peter Pan” earned a total of five nominations and Quigley Catholic High School's "Pippin" earned two nominations in the 20th annual Henry Mancini Musical Theatre Awards program.
The nominations recognize outstanding student achievement in high school musical theatre in Beaver, Butler and Lawrence counties.

Quigley Catholic High School, "Pippin"

Outstanding Supporting Actress: Emily Smith as Catherine
Nominees will be honored at a private reception at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center on Sunday, May 18. Broadway veteran Lenora Nemetz will read the nominations and students will receive a medal and commemorative certificate.
The awards ceremony will be held at the center on Wednesday, May 21 will feature an invited performance from the Ambridge production and six other school districts. A Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Phil Inman, chorus and music director. Virginia Mancini, widow of the great composer from Aliquippa, will be in attendance and will make an Honoree presentation to those who have greatly influenced the Henry Mancini Musical Theatre Awards over the years.
