On Saturday, Oct. 29th Ambridge Police Department will pass out Halloween Treat bags to the local youth attending the Halloween Parade.
A $1,000 Community Drug Abuse Prevention Grant from Pennsylvania Attorney General Bruce Beemer to the Ambridge Police Department was use to purchase special Halloween treat bags. The bags include activity books, school supplies and treats that spread the message of the dangers of drugs and bullying.
According to the Borough of Ambridge , efforts such as this by the Ambridge Police help to build stronger bonds with our youth and a stronger community.
