The board re-appointed MC Knafelc as president and re-appointed Jeremy Angus as vice president.
While there weren't any changes in leadership, the board voted 5-4 to change the order in which it meets for executive sessions.
"I read that school districts that have executive sessions before every single meeting, they have issues within their district, and that came from a very well-published journal."
Executive sessions are legally held in private to discuss matters of personnel, salaries, schedule and labor relations.
School board member Mary Jo Kehoe said that practice was done in the past, but didn't work because many board members wanted to leave after meetings that ran long.
Still, the board voted to implement the change, with Keber, Kim Locher, Kelly Smith, Jeremy Angus and Roger Kowal voting in favor. Board members Kehoe, Knafelc, Baker and Scott Angus opposed. The changes go into effect in January.
Meetings will continue to be held at 7:30 p.m. on the second and third Wednesday of every month.
