Over the past few weeks, Baden Academy, State Street Elementary and Center for Hope have been incubators for students looking to learn how
to become entrepreneurs and start, own and operate their own business.

to become entrepreneurs and start, own and operate their own business.
The young student entrepreneurs are part of a national program called "Lemonade Day Youth Entrepreneurship Program," which was brought to Pennsylvania by The Franklin Center of Beaver County, Inc. The program joins the Franklin Center’s other youth entrepreneurship programs.
Lemonade Day empowers youth to take ownership of their lives and become productive members of society – the business leaders, social advocates, volunteers and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow.
Ambridge Connection worked with the Franklin Center to help place a few of the businesses in Ambridge during the "Second Saturday Sidewalk Sales," which encourage businesses to set up shop outdoors.
The community is invited to come out and support the student business Lemonade Day stands on Saturday, May 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following locations:

The Lemonade Day stands will be at CCBC at Leadercast hosted by Leaders Serving Beaver County on May 8 and selected hours and days during Ambridge Area Chamber of Commerce Nationality Days.
