Ambridge Borough Council has contracted with Graham's Tree Service to conduct this year's shade tree maintenance. Pictured is the crew removing three diseased trees on Maplewood Avenue this morning. Other work to be performed includes:
The Borough thanks the neighboring residents for their cooperation during this tree work. Later this year the Ambridge Shade Tree Commission will consider what areas are to be replanted with the appropriate street trees.

- Removal of two trees at 8th and Kennedy Streets
- Removal of two trees near 270 Glenwood
- Removal of of one tree near 330 Pine St.
- Pruning at 44 other locations including sites on Maplewood, Pine St, Glenwood, Beaver Rd, Duss Ave., 5th St., and 22nd Streets
