Mann shared that on Dec. 10 at 5:40 pm there was a report that took place outside the store, near the entrance of Dollar General where there were three adolescent males, engaged with a brief conversation with the victim. Then one of the unknown adolescents with a closed fist punched the victim in the face and then the three males ran south on Merchant St. Ambridge police obtained a copy of the video and then showed the victim. The victim was unable to identify the suspects.
Another incident was reported on Dec. 25 at 3:30 pm near Little Athens Restaurant, shared Mann. The victim got out of his car and was getting something out of the passager side of his vehicle. The unidentified suspect came up to the victim and sucker punched him. The suspect then ran west on 5th street and then began to run south on Lower Alley. The victim said no words were exchanged before the incident.
Mann said he would not classify this as a Knockout Game; he would just call them simple assaults. The Knockout Game that has happen in New York and other locations, teens approach a stranger from a dark alley or space in public and punch the stranger in an attempt to knock him or her out and they usually are videotaped to document for points.

"We want residents to be aware of their surroundings and go in groups " added Mann. "The next person someone tries to assault may be an undercover policeman, and they will be in for a big surprise."
