The Ambridge Community Dog Park is moving forward with progress.
Beginning in mid-April, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania will launch a $1.2 million pipeline improvement project in Ambridge.
The company will replace approximately 3,800 feet of existing steel pipe with state-of-the-art plastic pipe along Elm Road, Pine Street, Fourth Street, and Wilson Avenue. Open for business in April 2014, the Moonbeam Jar is celebrating its one year anniversary in style this month, including a day of activities on Saturday. A meeting is set to discuss the current concerns and future goals of small business owners in the Ambridge area. Organizers and business owners Mary Holleran and Lorianne Stangl recently released a flier sharing that they are looking to develop a name, mission statement, and planning strategy for the newly-forming group.
