Water buffaloes are located in the back of the Ambridge Borough building, and at Harmony Township borough building for those in need of water. All are to bring containers to the buildings to get water. Waterfrom the Buffaloes needs to be boiled to use.
Creek Side Springs donated bottled water for drinking. The bottled water is located at the Ambridge Borough building.
There is not a charge for this service and no identification is necessary.
As of this post, there is no estimated time of when service will be restored.

AWA road crews have cleared out. People are getting water and water pressure returned to their homes according to Ambridge Fire Chief Gottschalk.
The leak has been somewhat repaired, shared Chief Gottschalk. However, the fire department will keep a water tanker until 8 am on standby in case of any fires.

Ambridge Police and Fire departments said that portable water buffaloes are in route to the borough building, following a water main break Sunday.
Residents are advised to bring containers to the station to get water.
There is not a charge for this service and no identification is necessary.
The water buffaloes will be located in the back of the Ambridge Borough building, 600 11th Street in Ambridge.
As of this post, there is no estimate time of when service will be restored.

According to the Ambridge Water Authority, the leak is in a 12-inch line off of 19th Street. AWA personnel advise all customers to conserve water.
They were unable to give an exact time when the line will be fixed.
