Complaints called in about a residence on Beaver Road led Ambridge police to team up with the state Attorney General's office and Butler police to do controlled buys at the home.
Wednesday morning at 8 a.m., a warrant was executed at 905 Beaver Road the home of Ronald Washington and Sharonn Washington.
According to Police, the landlord will start the eviction process.

While on scene, police discovered other people in the home who had outstanding warrants and they were arrested, as well.
