The Economy Junior Women's Club celebrated its 80th anniversary this past year.
Mary Elaine Gagliardi is an active member who celebrated her 50th anniversary as a club member this year.
The club honored Gagliardi and presented her with an engraved clock at the yearly banquet.
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month, September through May. The club's mission is to furnish college scholarships to one Ambridge Area High School senior each year.
