The world's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, saw his shadow at Gobbler’s Knob on Sunday, which translates into six weeks more weeks of winter.
While the National Weather Service is calling for no significant weather today and tonight,a storm is expected to pass through Beaver County Tuesday night into Wednesday. The front could bring a mix of rain, snow and freezing rain, according to the weather service.
If the ongoing snow and cold is driving you crazy, take comfort in knowing that spring is going to arrive at some point--even if Phil doesn't think it's coming early.
