Harmony Township held a Cash Bash fundraiser on Saturday evening. The event included a buffet dinner and a chance to win over $3,000 in cash prizes.
The sold-out event benefited the volunteer fire department for the future cost of equipment, gear, and training.
In a Facebook, message Lieutenant Dave Zeranick Thanked everyone who attended the event at the station. "A lot of other events were happening throughout our community, even if you couldn't make it or just stopped in before or after thank you for your support. "
"To the main guys like Jim Essek and Jim Curcio who put this together thank you and the rest of the brothers at 48 it was nice to see everyone come together and put time and effort back into an event." added Zeranick.
Next fundraiser will be a four-day cash and gun giveaway raffle based off of the PA lottery number. Only 500 tickets will be sold; If interested contact a Harmony Township Volunteer Fire Department at 724-266-8349.
