On Thursday, June 2nd at 9:25am Agent's from the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office, Ambridge Police and Pa. Attorney General task force officers from Aliquippa and New Brighton executed a search warrant at 180 Crestview Village Ambridge. Upon searching the residence approximately 2.2 gross grams of Heroin was seized.
Brian Levar Elmore, Jr. (26) a tenant living at the residence was arrested and charged with possession and possession with the intent to deliver Heroin. He was arraigned before District Justice Andrew Hladio who placed $50,000 straight cash bond on Elmore who was unable to post the bond.
Elmore was then committed to the Beaver County Jail awaiting a June 13th preliminary hearing
