Cyndi Schofield posted on her facebook today "After over a year of remodeling and working 24/7 we are finally opening our doors today at 11:00!"
Schofield is one the partners of the family-run business, Steel City Landscaping and Excavating LCC, who purchased Duss Avenue Cafe, known locally as Chicken Nick's in spring of 2015.

"We are serving take out only at this time. We still have the same chicken, same phone number.724-266-9985. Come see us!" said Schofield on the post.
According to Schofield the restaurant will be open for limited take out menu only until late August where plans of delivery and dine in will be available. "We will continue with our remodeling and hope to have the dining area up and running by the end of August! added Schofield.
Duss Ave Cafe is located at 1899 Duss Ave, Ambridge.
