Several fire crews are on the scene of a blaze at The Venue at Harmony Ridge.
A few more details and photos from this morning's 3-alarm fire at the Venue at Harmony Ridge.
The fire was reported at about 6:00 this morning. As of 8:30 a.m., most of the fire appeared to be extinguished, but there were still some portions of the building in flames. Also as of 8:30, Route 989 (Ridge Road Extension) was still closed to traffic at the scene of the fire.
According to the owners, the structure was built in 1923, and was scheduled to be the home of numerous events throughout the coming weeks.
The building appears to be a total loss. No injuries were reported. There was no immediate word as to what the cause may have been.
