Junior Achievement, a program that provides training, materials, and support necessary to bolster the chances for student success, teamed up with Huntington Bank to present JA Economics for Success.
Huntington Bank volunteers presented a one-day program to teach important business concepts to help students prepare to become future members of the workforce. They provided educational programming on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness.
Students learned the importance of exploring career options based on their skills, interests, and values. They also learn about spending money within a budget; saving and investing wisely; and using credit cautiously.
