Harmony Township police have charged an Ambridge man and Baden woman with a violent robbery at a township home, according to court records.
Blake L. Blazier, 25, of Fifth Street in Baden, and Ian P. Welling, 29, of Duss Avenue, are also charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Welling faces an additional charge of aggravated assault.

Blazier and Welling both admitted to committing a robbery in the 1000 block of Short Street. According to police, the two kicked in the door shortly after 6 a.m. Tuesday while the homeowner was asleep on the couch.
Welling, wearing a black ski mask, punched the resident in the face while Blazier, wearing a scarf around her face, tried to tie the victim's hands behind his back, police said.
The victim told Ambridge Connection he was able to get outside after telling the pair his wallet was in his truck. Once outside, he was able to run to a neighbor's house for help.
The homeowner had a bloody nose, but refused medical treatment. He gave a description that led police to identify Blazier and Welling as suspects.
Welling remained in Beaver County Jail Sunday on $50,000 bond and Blazier on $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
