He was invited to the College Gridiron Showcase, which will run Jan. 3-8 in Fort Worth, Texas. The event features smaller college players going through practices, individual drills, and scrimmages in front of NFL and CFL scouts.

“There have been some people around and it’s always been a dream of mine to play pro,” Marotti said. “I want to do it, so why not do everything in my power to be able to do it?”
