She always wanted to have her own business, particularly a bakery.
When she found out the Duss Avenue business was for sale, she went for it and says everything just in to place.

Also honoring her family, Spencer, who is Croatian, said she wants to introduce more ethnic-type baked goods to honor her father with their heritage.
She added a few new items to the menu, which includes new flavors of teas and nitro on tap. She also brought the popular Oram’s donuts back into town -- but only on Fridays and Saturdays.
Spencer is a compassionate people person, who loves her family. When someone comes into her new place, she wants them to feel warmth.
She has a back room that can be rented out as a private party or meeting.
Her goals are to bring the community into a fun atmosphere holding movie and game nights, classes and more.
