"I am especially happy with the final design, which incorporates the beautiful Pennsylvania Memorial Monument on the Gettysburg Battlefield."
Proceeds from the new Pennsylvania monuments plate will be used to support maintenance and repair of Pennsylvania unit monuments and markers on the Gettysburg Battlefield.
