Ambridge Council recently voted to prohibit parking and staging on both sides of New Economy Business Park Drive.
The street, which runs from 11th Street past Bottom Dollar to 16th and Merchant streets, is used by tractor-trailers and large trucks.

Councilman Gerald “Duke” McCoy said trucks have been parking
on the side of the road, which causes other vehicles to have to maneuver
around them and presents a safety hazard.
Signage is being placed on the road to inform drivers of the new rule.
