On Sunday, March 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the movement through a combined effort will feed, clothe and pamper families in need and the homeless.
"We will providing the less fortunate as well as the local shelters with a day of hair cutting, pampering, a hot meal, fresh clothes, and some blankets,” shared Cheri-Dye Croney, the founder of the Kevin Croney Foundation and the owner of True Image Tattoo.
Croney started the foundation after her husband was murdered almost a year ago. She wants the world to know that there can be the good in the world.
“The day after his funeral, I took all of the leftover food that everyone had sent to the homeless downtown. So, I've been doing charity and fundraising with the year anniversary coming up. I wanted to to help."
"I will not let one act of violence to define my family."
