The holiday season is a time for giving and Project Holiday Dreams is looking for support from local communities, vendors, and individuals to help fuel the spirit of Christmas and bring it to needy families throughout the community. Beginning in 2008 with a mere thirteen (13) families Project Holiday Dreams has blossomed in the past seven years to delivering baskets, stuffed with food and toys for the children, to last year, in 2015, over seventy (70) deserving families. These families are selected through local school districts and are unaware of the gifts until the volunteers, who give countless hours of their time and money from their pockets to make this possible, greet them at the door.
This year Project Holiday Dreams is looking to expand our reach and deliver to over 80 families in the community making this our biggest delivery to date. This program is run by the generous donations we receive and we are asking you to be part of this amazing opportunity to support and serve local, deserving families. As with all donations made to Project Holiday Dreams, they will remain anonymous, as will the names of the families receiving these baskets. It is not about the recognition but the knowledge that you are helping a family in need.
Project Holiday Dreams accepts cash as well as donations of new unwrapped items.
