Brosky alleges that Mann told him in February 2012 that he would "shut down" the bar if Brosky didn't provide him with payoffs, the Beaver Countian reports. Brosky also alleges Mann told him he was "running this town."
According to reports, Brosky's liquor license was not renewed in 2013 because of testimony Mann and Depenhart gave and the lawsuit states a Beaver County Common Pleas judge later upheld the state Liquor Control Board's decision.
