According to a police report, Amanda Frances said she heard a loud crashing sound and when she went to find out what it was, she saw that someone had thrown bricks through her rear and passenger window and attempted to break the front window.

According to the police report Antani Macon and Michelle Brown, along with friends were a bar earlier that night. Macon drove Brown home. When she was dropped off, Adams and Macon got into an argument. Adams who is Browns' brother hit Macon with his gun then Adams then left the area.
About an hour later, Brown was in the van with Macon headed to hospital but stopped at the intersection of 2nd and Merchant. Macon ran down 2nd street and came back to the van mintues later. After coming back from the hospital, police said they stopped back at 2nd street next to Adams and Frances’ car.
