Two Ambridge alumni helped coach the Edinboro University women's basketball team to victory.
Ambridge 2002 grad Callie Wheeler ( Iorfidio) and 2008 grad Kiara Brown both assisted in coaching the team to a 86-76 win over Gannon on Sunday to claim the program's third Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Basketball Championship.
Coming up for the Fighting Scots will be the NCAA Regional Tournament set for March 14, 15 and 17.
