The former Duss Avenue Cafe will be torn down and made into a parking lot, according to the new owners.
The new Duss Ave Cafe will span almost an entire block. Venue will include, according to owners, pool tables, a large selection of menu items, live music, apartment rooms, and delivery service.
The owner shared that they are looking at a 2016 opening date.
