"We’re bringing the convenience of one-stop shopping and low prices to Economy, and the wait is almost over,” store manager Kory Campbell said in a news release.
“We look forward to saving local residents money so they can live better.”
The approximately 150,000-square-foot supercenter will include a grocery, auto shop and a wide assortment of merchandise. Earlier this year, Walmart began hiring about 300 new full- and part-time workers for the store.
