The parade has been moved to Saturday and begins at 11 a.m. The parade will march from the municipal building to Merchant Street down to Fourth Street.

Ambridge Family Theater
Film lovers will have the opportunity to watch "Croaker" for FREE at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Ambridge Family Theater, 645 Merchant St.
At 6 p.m. Friday, a free seminar, "Are You a Movie Writer or Producer?" will take place prior to the movie screening. At 9 p.m. Saturday, attendees can meet the director and some cast members at Rook's Cantina 505, 282 Fourth St., Ambridge. Click here for free tickets.
Ambridge High School
The Ambridge High School Drama Club will present “Country Cruising to Murder,” a murder mystery and meal at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday in the high school’s Bridger Bistro. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Reservations include a three-course meal cooked up by the cafeteria staff. Those who don't make meal reservations can still attend the show for $5.
Stand Up Pittsburgh
Stand Up Pittsburgh is hosting a spring open house from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 16 at 507 Eighth St. in Ambridge.
Visitors can enter to win a free lesson package, valued at $90, T-shirts and other swag. Find exclusive specials on board packages and deals on used and demo boards. Snacks and drinks also will be served.
Old Economy Village
The annual Garden Mart will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17 in the historic 19th century formal gardens. Heirloom vegetables and other plants from the historic site’s greenhouse will be available for purchase. Nine additional vendors are participating and will be selling garden related items as well. Admission into the Garden Mart and the Old Economy Village gardens is free.
A Spring Garden Workshop is also planned Saturday that includes a day of presentations from gardening experts. Click here for descriptions and costs.
The 2014 Congressional Art Competition Show will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 17 in the Visitor Center classroom at Old Economy Village, 270 16th St. The show features works from Ambridge and high school students throughout Beaver County.
On Sunday, the Historic District Neighborhood Tea will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Old Economy Village Gardens on Church Street. All those living in and supportive of the Historic District are welcome to attend. Families are encouraged to come to the free event. A harpist will also perform.
