School officials gave 10 possible scenarios, which included re-configuring grade levels and schools, renovating or closing the junior high and leaving the schools the same.
Factors that should be considered in every case were also presented.
Superintendent Cynthia Zurchin said officials were hoping to complete the study by June, but the study will take the company several months.
Once the report is complete, she said the company will present its findings to the public at a board meeting.
"I can tell you as superintendent, I'm remaining to keep an open mind and I would ask all of our students, staff and community members to certainly as well try to keep an open mind throughout the process."
