On Thursday night Ambridge Borough held a Townhall meeting to discuss the design of the Merchant St. Streetscape Improvement Project between 4th and 8th Streets.
The project is set to take place spring of 2018 and according to officials will end 6 months after the start.
The project is set to take place spring of 2018 and according to officials will end 6 months after the start.
Leading up to this project the Borough has changed ordinances to allow outdoor dining, created a tax abatement on the dollar value of improvements made to the property on a sliding scale , change the ordinance of the first floor of any building in the designated zone to force junk and storage to the second floor and more.
