Saturday's annual Snow Shovel Riding Championship has been called off for a third time this month.

The event is rescheduled for Saturday, Jan.31 at Old Economy Park.

Ambridge Fire Department Gets Recognition for PA Certification

The Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner’s Office recognized the Ambridge Fire Department Wednesday as a participating department in the State’s Firefighter Certification Program.

As part of this program, there is a decal on each Ambridge fire vehicle showing the accreditation.

The certification recognized fire departments that have trained their staff to a minimum Firefighter 1 qualification.

Harmony Township Seeks to Fill Seats on Several Boards
